Arcsoft Technologies has a well laid out privacy policy that we maintain with all our client companies. We have definite and structured norms for the use of various technologies and software applications for our clients. All terms and conditions of usage is fully disclosed and discussed with clients prior to finalizing a project. We use original software products that comes with original user licenses from the manufacturer. We will also discuss at length with our clients about the use of original software content in websites of our clients; in the event of such an agreement we will also provide all necessary documentations and invoices establishing the veracity of the same.
We will maintain a strict policy of confidentiality of our clients and their websites. This is a crucial and significant part of our work policy; each and every client will be special for us and we will do all that we can to ensure healthy client relationships. All aspects of your website design, structure and architecture, content and content management systems, software tools and applications and specific techniques as in case of SEO marketing will be unique and confidential for individual clients. There will be no use of references and discussion of design specifics in case of other clients. However we will reserve the right to disclose our clients names in specific areas like cataloguing and archiving our achievements at some points of time.
Arcsoft Technologies will also pledge that no part of your website design or content will be used in any form, replicated consciously, or unconsciously; there will be no form of resemblance or similarity in our work with other clients after you. We undertake and will be bound by an agreement with your company that at no point shall there be any form of replication of basic features of your website with that of others. It may be noted here that this pledge will not be extended over the uses of technologies, software tools and applications or even similar features aided by technical deployments. It will cover the design and graphics used for your website to the language of content used.
